What we do with what you send.

Only what you type into the site's one form, whatever you are asking for — a price, an account, a delivery or an offer to supply us. That is who you are (a counter, a site, a supplier or something else), what you need, an area or pincode, your name and a mobile number, and a photograph of your list if you attach one.

The form also records the time it was submitted, a one-way hash of the IP address it came from, the browser's user-agent string, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived by. The hash is there to stop a script filling the form a thousand times; it is not reversible into an address.

There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies and no third-party scripts on these pages. The site sets no cookie of its own.

The quote list you build on the product pages is held in your own browser's local storage and is never sent anywhere until you submit the form.

A submission becomes one email to our office at connect@trumac.in, with the photograph of your list attached if you sent one. The site itself keeps no copy, and nobody outside Trumac is sent it.

The email is delivered by Resend, our mail provider, which handles it on our instruction and for no purpose of its own.

A lead is kept while it is being worked and afterwards as a record of the enquiry, in the same way a written enquiry at the counter would be.

The retention period — to confirm with the office

Write to connect@trumac.in or call the office and ask. Quote the reference number the form gave you and we can find the exact enquiry.
